What You’ll Do

  • Speak with motivated U.S. homeowners who have already requested to sell
  • Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
  • Negotiate purchase agreements on high-value American properties
  • Manage the acquisition process from first conversation through signed contract
  • Follow up with warm leads and maintain accurate CRM records

Every conversation is inbound. Your role is to convert real opportunities into signed deals.

Highly Selective Hiring Criteria

We are extremely selective and only move forward with candidates who demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or high-performance environments
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence discussing large financial decisions with U.S. clients
  • Strong accountability, discipline, and coachability
  • Reliable phone and high-speed internet
  • Clear, neutral English accent with strong written grammar
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 8 AM – 9 PM EST (Monday–Friday)
  • Quiet, professional home workspace
