AI Tech Advisor / Engineer

Role Overview

Grand Vision Companies is seeking an AI Tech Advisor / Engineer who stays at the forefront of AI innovation and understands how to translate new tools into practical business applications.

This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI technologies that improve how our team works across marketing, operations, investments, and real estate.

You will advise leadership on which AI tools to adopt, design AI-powered workflows, and build systems that automate tasks and improve productivity. A key part of this role will also involve creating AI-generated content and video systems for social media that can run largely on autopilot.

This is not a traditional software engineering role. Instead, it blends AI fluency, practical implementation, automation, and strategic advising.

Key Responsibilities

AI Research & Advisory

• Stay up to date on the latest AI tools, platforms, and technologies
• Evaluate emerging AI solutions and recommend tools that improve company workflows
• Advise leadership on practical ways AI can improve productivity and decision-making
• Translate AI capabilities into clear business applications

AI Implementation & Automation

• Implement AI tools and systems across different parts of the organization
• Design AI-powered workflows that automate repetitive tasks
• Build systems that improve operational efficiency
• Identify ways AI can support real estate operations and investment workflows

AI Content & Marketing Systems

• Create AI-generated video and content systems for social media
• Develop automated workflows that generate and publish content regularly
• Test and implement emerging AI tools for marketing and brand growth

Team Enablement

• Help team members learn and adopt AI tools effectively
• Document workflows, processes, and best practices
• Communicate clearly with a fully remote team while working independently

What We're Looking For

AI Knowledge

• Strong familiarity with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms
• Experience experimenting with AI tools and applying them to real business workflows
• Ability to quickly learn and evaluate new AI technologies

Automation & Systems Thinking

• Ability to design simple and effective automation systems
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar tools is helpful
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency

Content Creation

• Experience creating AI-generated video or social media content
• Ability to build systems that automate content creation and publishing
