Affiliate Broker - Commission Based (Remote)

POSITION: Affiliate Broker (Independent Contractor) COMPENSATION: 15% Recurring Commission LOCATION: 100% Remote TYPE: Commission-Based, Unlimited Income ABOUT US: PairedPerfect is an AI-powered cigar and bourbon pairing platform with 83,000+ products. We're building a network of affiliate brokers to recruit content creators in the luxury lifestyle space. YOUR ROLE: As an Affiliate Broker, you will recruit cigar and bourbon content creators (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, bloggers) to become affiliates for our platform. You earn 15% of all commissions your recruited affiliates generate - forever. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Identify and recruit cigar/bourbon content creators • Onboard them as affiliates using your unique referral link • Provide support and guidance to your recruited affiliates • Track performance through our affiliate dashboard EARNINGS EXAMPLE: • Recruit 10 affiliates • They average $1,000/month in commissions each • Total: $10,000/month in affiliate commissions • Your 15% cut: $1,500/month passive income • Scale to 50 affiliates = $7,500/month for you IDEAL CANDIDATE: ✓ Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or sales ✓ Knowledge of cigar/bourbon industry (preferred but not required) ✓ Active in social media communities ✓ Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset ✓ Strong communication skills REQUIREMENTS: • Must be 21+ years old • Ability to work independently • Basic social media skills • Comfortable with commission-based compensation WHAT WE PROVIDE: • Full training and onboarding • Marketing materials and resources • Real-time tracking dashboard • Ongoing support from our team • Unlimited earning potential COMPENSATION STRUCTURE: This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. There is no base salary, hourly rate, or upfront payment. You earn 15% of all commissions generated by affiliates you recruit, paid monthly. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
