Sales Associate - Required 2 Years Remote Outbound B2B Cold Calling

About the Role

Tracker, a leader in developing and providing web-based investment management solutions to cities, counties, states, and other tax-exempt institutions throughout the United States, is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team.

As a Sales Associate, you will work from home to schedule high-quality sales appointments for demonstrations between our experienced sales consultants and prospective clients. You will also follow up with prospects after demonstrations to help drive sales conversions. This role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary PLUS $800 commission per closed sale.

This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential, home office expense reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth.

Compensation

• Full-Time Salary: $50,000 annually
• Commission: $800 per closed sale
• Earning Potential: Uncapped, based on appointments that lead to closed sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years outbound, business-to-business cold calling & appointment setting experience
• Minimum 2 years of serving the B2B marketplace
• Minimum 2 years working remotely with demonstrated success and work ethic
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
• Reliable home office setup: computer, VOIP headset, printer/scanner, high-speed internet
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Motivated, positive, and results-driven attitude
