Salesforce Architect – Service, Sales & Community Cloud

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud
• Translate business needs into well-architected solutions using best practices
• Lead technical design sessions, develop technical solution documentation, and guide development teams
• Ensure integration with other enterprise applications and platforms
• Support data migration, system testing, and deployment processes

Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (preferred)
• Strong experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud)
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
